Requirements:

- Current RN or LPN license in good standing

- Minimum 2 years experience in assisted living or similar setting

- Strong computer skills and comfort with technology

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Experience with virtual health platforms preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual health assessments

- Provide remote triage support

- Oncall

- Coordinate resident care plans

- Monitor compliance requirements

- Document resident care

- Communicate with facility staff and families
